Overall thoughts

I applied the Oat So Simple Water Cream in the evening after a hydrating toner and exfoliating serum. The texture was extremely lightweight and it absorbed fairly quickly as stated in the claims. In fact, it was so lightweight that I added a 2nd layer. It left my skin with a natural finish; not shiny or dull After. application my face didn’t feel moisturized enough so I added a layer of the Summer Fridays Jet Lag Mask (check out my review here).

Can’t see much of a difference? Me either.

I’m used to a slightly thicker moisturizer that’s still lightweight but this one was a bit too light for me. It hasn’t gotten extremely cold where I live just yet so my skin wasn’t in need of extra moisture. The Oat So Simple Water Cream didn’t break me out but I will only use this during the summer months or during the day before applying sunscreen. This product was made with layering in mind but I like a one-and-done type of moisturizer, especially at night.

The Oat So Simple Water Cream is sold exclusively at KraveBeauty.com. I saw it listed on Amazon but I’m unsure how authentic it is, so do your research before purchasing from there.
