How I used it

I applied this sunscreen at the end of my skincare routine and waited about 10 minutes before proceeding with my makeup. It’s very lightweight and dries down to a natural finish.

I wanted to show the below picture so you can see the tint. I took all pictures in the same lighting and in this one you can see what I’m talking about.

Overall thoughts

Every makeup product applied over this mineral sunscreen beautifully. I’ve tried liquids, powders, and creams and there have been no issues with pilling or excess oil. Love that!

There also have not been any breakouts after using it daily for about a month. First Aid Beauty’s products are made with sensitive skin in mind so this was no surprise for me.

Due to the slight purple tint, I will continue to use this only when I’m wearing makeup. I appreciate that it wasn’t a white cast and this is a minor inconvenience for me. However, I am disappointed in this aspect because I had to purchase a separate sunscreen just to wear when I’m makeup-free.

As far as repurchasing, I’m not 100% sure. Even though my issues with it are minimal this sunscreen is a bit pricey for how much you get. I would recommend it to those who have sensitive skin as well as those who can’t use chemical sunscreens.

You can buy this mineral sunscreen from First Aid Beauty’s site, Ulta, and Sephora.
